Jay Riffe lives in sunny Florida and is a native Floridian. He has over thirteen years experience as a functional consultant on PeopleSoft’s Human Capital Management (HCM) suite. Jay has been a Project Lead and Functional Lead on many of PeopleSoft’s HCM modules but in recent years he has become an expert in the Manager and Employee Self-Service applications such as: Talent Acquisition Manager & Candidate Gateway; eCompensation Manager Desktop, ePerformance; eBenefits; and others. He has participated in several implementations and upgrades in various industries including public sector, higher education, healthcare, financial services, natural resources, and manufacturing. For fun, Jay enjoys playing golf, tennis, and basketball, or watching his kids play competitive soccer and volleyball. 13 years of PeopleSoft functional experience working on HR Systems and Process Improvement, participating in project planning and administration, including issue tracking, project roll-out, communications and end-user training from PeopleSoft versions 5.12 to 9.x.

Extensive experience performing configuration, setup and testing support for new modules and business processes.
In depth experience educating functional-users, super-users and self-service users on core HR business processes.
12 years of experience developing system specifications for projects to meet new business requirements.
Over a decade of experience designing reports to fulfill ad-hoc reporting requests.
Multiple implementations developing test plans to ensure reliable project implementation.
